Student Rabbi Caitlin Brazner will lead a virtual Torah study for United Hebrew Congregation at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021.
Caitlin writes, “This weekend, we will join together in celebration of not only Shabbat, but the holiday of Purim as well! This festive holiday celebrates the triumph of Esther and Mordechai over the evil, anti-Semitic vizier, Haman.
“In celebration of Purim, we will look at Megillat Esther and take a closer look at what really happens in this raucous tale!”
This week’s Torah portion is Parashat Tetzaveh.
